Mr.
Skeen has maintained a general civil practice since 1985 and has vast experience in the fields of family law, business
litigation and organization, personal injury, other civil matters and criminal defense. He served for ten years as litigation
counsel for a motion picture company.
Mr. Skeen has served as a pro tem Circuit Court Judge, and is a published author.
Mr. Skeen attended the University of
Utah and the Univerity of San Diego.
